My story started humbly in a Habitat for Humanity home on the East Side of Atlanta, Georgia. My childhood taught me that everything worth building starts with purpose, and that lesson stuck with me through my entire career.

I launched my first business in college, a device repair company that served over 1,300 customers named Miss Fix It. That service-based business grew into PhoneFit, an ecommerce device accessory brand that generated $92K in sales at the age of 20 years old. Both those ventures taught me about customer relationships, operations, and building a brand from scratch.

Serving as a Wardrobe Director and Assistant Road Manager in the music entertainment industry, I've had the privilege to work alongside New Edition, After 7, Babyface, Pretty Ricky and more - learning what it means to execute complex logistics and creative direction at a high level across multiple cities nationally and globally.
Then through networking came the entertainment industry. Serving as a Wardrobe Director and Assistant Road Manager in the music entertainment industry, I've had the privilege to work alongside New Edition, After 7, Babyface, Pretty Ricky and more - learning what it means to execute complex logistics and creative direction at a high level across multiple cities nationally and globally.
Then through networking came the entertainment industry. Serving as a Wardrobe Director and Assistant Road Manager in the music entertainment industry, I've had the privilege to work alongside New Edition, After 7, Babyface, Pretty Ricky and more - learning what it means to execute complex logistics and creative direction at a high level across multiple cities nationally and globally.
That foundation then led me to Committee for Children, where I built the organization's first Integrated Customer Marketing function as well as their unofficial Customer Advisory Board (CAB), that influenced $20M+ in retention revenue with consistent 50%+ email open rates and a 32% expansion lift across lifecycle nurture campaigns.
