Keith Mitchell's digital transformation was envisioned as a bridge between legacy and calling, honoring three decades of R&B excellence while authentically embracing a new gospel ministry. As an original member of the platinum-selling group After 7, Keith's journey required more than rebranding; it demanded a strategic repositioning that could carry the weight of his musical heritage while opening doors to a faith-driven future. The project focused on creating a cohesive digital presence that felt both professionally polished and spiritually genuine. Keith needed a brand that could speak to longtime R&B fans and new gospel audiences alike, with messaging that remained timeless and rooted in authentic transformation.





THE CHALLENGE: Keith sought a complete digital presence that could support his debut gospel single "He's Alive" and upcoming album "Food for Your Life," while navigating a delicate transition from After 7 with no public announcement to his fanbase. He needed a sophisticated visual identity using modern aesthetics and faith-forward messaging, avoiding anything that felt disconnected from his genuine spiritual journey. The goal was to create a brand that reflects his authentic and purpose-driven evolution, while offering flexibility as his ministry grows and his audience expands. The challenge was balancing R&B legacy recognition with gospel credibility and building momentum from a starting point of just 1,662 Instagram followers and minimal digital infrastructure, all within a compressed timeline leading to an April 2025 album release.

THE SOLUTION: Our strategy embraced authentic storytelling, strategic visual identity, and a multi-platform content system rooted in professionalism and faith. We developed the core narrative "From Platinum Records to Divine Purpose" and created a sophisticated black/white/red/gold palette that bridges R&B elegance with gospel warmth, establishing immediate visual recognition across all touch points. Every element was shaped by how Keith's audiences, both existing and emerging, would discover and connect with his transformation. This resulted in a digital presence that felt natural, credible, and inspiring. Each piece of content - album artwork, web pages, social content - reinforced his repositioning without abandoning his roots.
The project unfolded through careful phases of brand development, website architecture, content planning, and rollout strategy. Throughout development, we worked closely with Keith to ensure his authentic voice remained central to every decision, from Instagram bio optimization to press kit language to caption libraries. Our platform selection was guided by audience behavior and content sustainability, while the messaging focused on clarity, spiritual depth, and musical credibility. We created a 4-phase content calendar spanning February through April 2025, developing 100+ original content concepts, 5 lead generation magnets, and automation systems that maintain engagement. We hosted regular strategy sessions to ensure brand integrity stayed intact as momentum built.
